Protesters are causing traffic disruptions in Naco, Santa Barbara Department, on Oct. 11. Demonstrators have gathered at the entrance of Green Valley Industrial Park due to labor-related disputes with a company operating in the area. Disruptions along CA-4 Highway are likely for the duration of the protest.

Localized transport and business disruptions are likely. Authorities will probably deploy to monitor the gathering. Although the protest is likely to remain peaceful, skirmishes cannot be ruled out, especially if police attempt to disperse protesters forcibly.
