Reports indicate flight disruptions at Matecana International Airport (PEI) in Pereira, Risaralda Department, as of late Nov. 27 due to an aircraft mechanical issue. A departing plane reportedly lost engine power prior to take off and is immobilized on the runway. Authorities evacuated all passengers and crews from the aircraft; there were no reports of injuries.
