Reports emerged on Nov. 23 that Israel's Chabad envoy to the United Arab Emirates (UAE) had been missing and possibly kidnapped or killed in Abu Dhabi. The victim's family stated they lost contact with him on Nov. 20, while Israeli authorities reported him missing on Nov. 21. As of Nov. 23, Israeli and Emirati authorities are investigating the incident. Israeli officials suspect Iranian involvement
