Reports indicate that a member of the office's security team shot and killed Adilson Custoio Moreira, deputy secretary of Security and Urban Control of Osasco, after an altercation in a staff meeting in the afternoon. The perpetrator subsequently barricaded the door before surrendering to a police unit at approximately 19:30. Police appear to have deployed to the site in large numbers.
