Colorado Springs Airport (COS) is scheduled to reopen at 03:30 (local time) on Wednesday, April 18. The airport had been closed since late Monday due to a fire that broke out on the roof of the main terminal.

Airlines at COS will be operating limited schedules on Wednesday; residual disruptions are also possible past this date as flight and passenger backlogs are cleared. Passengers are being advised to arrive earlier than normal for their flights to due expected delays at security checkpoints.
