Chile: LAN Express cabin crew strike continues /update 10

Event

A strike by cabin crew staff at the airline LAN Express, launched on April 10, is set to continue indefinitely, with negotiations between management and employees seemingly at an impasse. The airline has now canceled a number of short- and medium-haul flights through at least May 2. The strike has already resulted in some 2000 cancelations. Flight delays are also likely.
