France: Air traffic controller strike in Marseille region May 12-14 and May 26-28 /update 1

Air traffic controllers at the Marseille Area Control Centre are planning to stage a 48-hour strike beginning at 05:30 (local time) on Saturday, May 5, to 05:30 on Monday, May 14 (at the end of the Sunday night shift). Another 48-hour strike is also scheduled to begin at 05:30 on Saturday, May 26, and end at 05:30 on Monday, May 28. Flight disruptions (including cancelations and delays) are likely, particularly at Marseille Provence Airport (MRS).
