Jamaica: Drought reported in south and east in mid-July

According to Jamaican officials, drought conditions have been reported in recent weeks in the southern and eastern parishes of Clarendon, St. Catherine, and Portland as of July 12. Local sources report that the Ministry of Local Government has begun transporting water by truck to affected communities.
