Officials close one runway for renovations at Warsaw Chopin Airport (WAW) September 3-9; flight disruptions expected

Renovations will be conducted on one of Warsaw’s Chopin Airport’s (WAW) runways from Monday, September 3, through Sunday, September 9. Inbound air traffic will be reduced during the runway maintenance, which is expected to cause flight disruptions (modified schedules, delays, and cancellations).
