Russia: Explosion in northern city of Arkhangelsk October 31

An explosion occurred near an office of the Russian Federal Security Service (FSB) in the northern city of Arkhangelsk on Wednesday, October 31, leaving one person dead and three others injured. Heightened security measures are expected at FSB offices and other public buildings throughout the country. The cause of the blast has not yet been announced.
