Belgium: Demonstration planned in Brussels December 2

Demonstrators are expected to rally at 12:00 (local time) at Gare du Nord before marching towards Parc du Cinquantenaire at 16:00. A heightened security presence and localized traffic disruptions are to be expected near the demonstration.
