Austria: High-profile summits in Vienna December 5-7
OPEC and UN summits to be held in Vienna on December 5-7; heightened security measures and traffic disruptions expected

Vienna will host the Organisation of the Petroleum Exporting Countries' (OPEC) 175th Meeting on Thursday, December 6. From Wednesday, December 5, through Friday, December 7, Vienna will also host the UN Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC) 61st Session. Heightened security measures are expected throughout Vienna during the events along with traffic disruptions in the vicinity of the Vienna International Centre and the OPEC Secretariat.
