Serbia: Unrest possible during match at Belgrade’s Red Star Stadium March 2

The Red Star stadium in Belgrade will host a soccer match between Red Star Belgrade and rival club Partizan at 18:00 (local time) on Saturday, March 2. Up to 53,000 people are expected to attend the match. A heightened security presence and localized transportation disruptions are expected in the vicinity of the stadium. Clashes between supporters cannot be ruled out.
Context
Riot police broke up clashes between rival groups of hooligans during the April 2018 meeting between Red Star and Partizan. In the December 2017 match between the two sides, clashes between supporters resulted in over 20 injuries.
