Ukraine: Zaporizhzhya airport to close September 2-October 15

Zaporizhzhya International Airport (OZH) to close from September 2 to October 15 for runway renovations with some flights diverted to Dnipropetrovsk airport (DNK); flight cancelations also reported

Repair works on the artificial runway at Zaporizhzhya International Airport (OZH) will take place from 09:00 (local time) on Monday, September 2, until 23:59 on Tuesday, October 15. During the renovations, the artificial and ground runways will be closed. Some flights during the repair period will be diverted to Dnipropetrovsk International Airport (DNK) in the city of Dnipro. International Airlines of Ukraine, LOT, and Turkish Airlines have also announced the flights to and from OZH will be canceled and passengers will be asked to change their departure or arrival airport. Other airlines may also adjust or cancel service during the maintenance period.
