Sri Lanka: Tear gas deployed during protest near police station in Angulana, Colombo

Colombo police deployed tear gas to disperse protesters near a station in Angulana on Thursday, July 16, after the group began throwing stones and other objects at officers. The incident is reportedly in response over the recent death of a local man at a traffic checkpoint in the area.
