Libya: Activist kidnapped during anti-corruption demonstration in Benghazi September 21

The protest was being held in Tebisti Square to call for the eastern-based government to be replaced by a civilian administration and for action against corruption. Unidentified individuals, allegedly carrying signs supporting Khalifa Haftar, reportedly began to attempt to disperse the gathering. During this time the activist, Rabie Al-Arabi, was allegedly abducted.
