Sudan: Demonstrators to gather in Khartoum October 13

Teachers are planning to gather in the capital Khartoum on Tuesday, October 13, to denounce the mistreatment of dozens of their colleagues. The participants will reportedly gather in front of the Ministry of Education at 12:00 (local time) to voice their grievances.

A heightened security presence and associated disruptions are to be expected in the vicinity of any protest site.
