Ukraine: Protest scheduled in Kyiv for November 3

Event

A protest is scheduled to take place in Kyiv on Tuesday, November 3, against the adoption of two taxation bills which are due to come into effect from January 1, 2021. Participants are expected to gather outside the Verkhovna Rada at approximately 09:00 (local time). Although the demonstration is expected to be peaceful in nature, a heightened security presence and localized transportation disruptions are to be expected around the demonstration.
