The Estonian Conservative People's Party (EKRE) will lead a torchlit procession through Tallinn city center Feb. 24 to mark Estonia's Independence Day. Participants will gather in Vabaduse Square around 1800 and proceed to march through the city before returning to the square; however, organizers have not yet revealed the exact march route. Attendance is unlikely to exceed the low hundreds.

Police will likely deploy to monitor and facilitate the event. Localized disruptions are likely in the vicinity of the square, as well as along the march route. The event is likely to proceed peacefully, though isolated scuffles with police cannot be discounted entirely.
