Protests in support of former President Jacob Zuma are scheduled for Richards Bay, July 28, and Johannesburg, July 30. The City of uMhlathuze, which includes Richards Bay, has reportedly granted permission for the march, July 28. The gathering is scheduled to start near the Zululand Chamber of Business Foundation (ZCBF) in the morning; protesters will then march along Guldengracht Steet and the East Central Arterial. The protest is scheduled to end at 15:00. On July 30, protesters plan to march to the African National Congress (ANC) headquarters, Luthuli House, in Johannesburg. The march will occur during the morning. Dozens to a few hundred people may attend the gatherings.
