Poland maintaining COVID-19 measures as of Aug 27; international entry and domestic business restrictions continue.

Authorities are maintaining measures imposed to combat the spread of COVID-19 as of Aug. 27.
Travel Restrictions
Authorities permit incoming travel from the EU and Schengen Area countries and Australia, Belarus, Canada, Georgia, Israel, Japan, New Zealand, South Korea, Switzerland, Thailand, Tunisia, Turkey, the UK, and the US. Officials prohibit most travel from other countries, with certain exceptions for students and essential workers, among other groups.
All travelers arriving from the EU or Schengen Area must present a negative PCR or rapid antigen test result dated no more than 48 hours before arrival. All travelers arriving from outside the Schengen Area and those who do not possess a negative test must self-isolate for 10 days upon arrival. Travelers arriving from the EU, Schengen Area, or Turkey may end their quarantine by providing a negative COVID-19 test taken within 48 hours after arrival. Travelers arriving from all other locations may only test out of isolation no less than seven days after arrival. Travelers who have a certificate of vaccination indicating inoculation with a European Union-approved vaccine or who can prove they have recovered from COVID-19 in the previous six months are exempt from quarantine.
Domestic Restrictions
Must nonessential businesses and services are permitted to operate subject to social distancing requirements and capacity limits. Facemasks remain mandatory in enclosed public spaces.
Authorities could extend, reimpose, or otherwise amend restrictions based on disease activity over the coming weeks.
