Activists from around Europe plan to protest in central Brussels Sept. 11 to denounce ongoing government restrictions related to the COVID-19 pandemic. Participants will gather at Parc du Cinquantenaire at 15:00 and then march through the European Quarter before returning to the start point.

Police will almost certainly deploy to monitor the protest, and associated security measures could prompt localized disruptions. Isolated clashes between police and demonstrators are possible, particularly if the latter becomes disruptive or attempt to breach security cordons.
