Sudan: Reports indicate heavy military deployment in Khartoum, Sudan, following failed coup early Sept. 21

Reports indicate that dozens of officers attempted a coup in Khartoum early Sept. 21 and failed. Initial reports suggest that at least 40 officers have been arrested, and heavy military deployment is underway in the city.
