Residents in areas classified as orange zones must stay at home unless responding to emergencies or working in essential industries; only essential businesses can operate on-site in these locations.

Individuals in red zones cannot leave their residences except for medical emergencies and may need to undergo mandatory COVID-19 testing. Only limited essential services may operate in these areas; the government will provide food and drink to residents in red zones.
