Activists plan to protest in Santo Domingo Nov. 21. Participants will gather at the Altar de la Patria, located at Independence Park, from 16:00. The gathering is related to the country's COVID-19-related guidelines that require individuals to show proof of full vaccination to access certain establishments and businesses, including some public spaces, indoor workplaces, schools and universities, gyms, shopping malls, and restaurants. Dozens to a few hundred people are likely to participate.
