Unionized teachers and other activists plan to demonstrate in central Budapest on the afternoon of Nov. 26. Protesters will gather at 14:30 at Szechenyi Istvan Square, from where they will march via Akademia Street to Kossuth Square. The purpose of the action is to draw attention to the state of public education in Hungary and demand reforms to the education system. The demonstration is likely to be well attended.
