A car bomb was detonated near Quintas de Bolivar neighborhood in Jamundi Dec. 21. Officials stated that the explosion occurred around 01:30 and targeted a security patrol. There were no reports of casualties; however, the explosion reportedly caused damage to nearby homes. Security forces have cordoned off the area.
