Demonstrators plan to gather in Bogota on Jan. 18 to protest an increase in public transport prices. Activists intend to gather in front of several stations from the early morning, including:

  • Banderas

  • Calle Sur 40

  • Portales de Usme

  • Portal Tunal

  • Portal 20 de Julio

Hundreds, possibly thousands, are likely to participate in the demonstrations, which are likely to cause transport and business disruptions. Protesters may also gather outside other stations.
