Flight delays are likely at Rafael Nunez International Airport (CTG) in Cartagena into at least the early evening of Feb. 21 after authorities temporarily suspended all operations at the facility due to a small plane crash. The closure went into effect at about 10:00; it remains unclear when normal flight operations will resume. Lingering disruptions will probably extend for several hours after the facility reopens as carriers reposition aircraft and work through their passenger backlogs.
