Teachers in Buenos Aires province carry out 24-hour strike April 25; protests likely

Teachers in Buenos Aires province are holding yet another strike to demand salary increases amid high inflation. The 24-hour strike, taking place on Wednesday, April 25, is expected to result in school closures. Street protests are also likely, including in the city of Buenos Aires and La Plata, the provincial capital.

This will be the fourth day of strikes carried out by teachers in the province since the beginning of the year.
