Honduras: National truck driver strike launched June 11

A truck driver union launched a national strike on Monday, June 11, to protest rising fuel prices, among other issues. Associated roadblocks are possible and could result in road transportation disruptions. Shortages of goods and fuel are also possible depending on the length of the strike.  Clashes between striking workers and security forces cannot be ruled out, notably at any roadblocks.
