Colombia: Delays at Bogotá El Dorado Airport (BOG) July 16-17

Airport authorities at El Dorado Airport (BOG) in Bogotá have closed the southern runway on Tuesday, July 16, which has caused flight delays and cancellations into Wednesday, July 17. A plane faced a technical issue before takeoff and has remained on the runway, causing the delays.

The airport has therefore extended its hours of operation to accommodate the delayed flights. Residual delays should be expected through the afternoon.
