Netherlands: Flight disruptions at Schiphol Airport (AMS) July 24 due to fuel supplier outage

Flight disruptions (i.e. delays and cancelations) have been reported at Amsterdam International Airport Schiphol (AMS) on Wednesday, July 24, due to an outage which affected the airport's fuel supplier. According to sources, at least 50 flights were disrupted after AMS's fuel supplier was unable to provide the fuel needed to facilitate their departure. The supplier indicated it is not immediately clear when its operations would resume. 

Airport authorities have advised individuals flying via AMS over the coming hours to confirm flight reservations and contact their airline for more information.
