Spain: Restaurant staff strike planned in Ibiza on August 24, 25

Waitresses in Ibiza are due to hold a 48-hour strike from Saturday, August 24, to Sunday, August 25, to demand improved working conditions. The strike will be accompanied by a protest on August 25, which will begin at 19:30 at the Parque de la Paz and will later proceed to Paseo de Vara de Rey.

Associated transportation disruptions are to be expected in the vicinity of the protest. Service interruptions should also be expected across the island.
