Spain: Renfe staff to strike in Bilbao November 29, December 13, 21

Railway staff operating the Renfe Cercanías Bilbao line have called a strike for Friday, November 29, Friday, December 13, and Saturday, December 21. The strike is to oppose the reduction of the workforce by Renfe. On November 29 and December 13, the strikes will take place from 08:00 to 10:00 (local time), and again from 14:00 to 16:00. On December 21, the strike will last the full day, from 00:01 to 23:00.

Rail disruptions, including train delays and cancelations, are to be expected during the strike period.
