Demonstrations have been planned to denounce coronavirus disease (COVID-19) measures in Berlin on Saturday, August 29. According to media sources, participants are expected to gather at 11:00 (local time) at Brandenburg Gate before marching towards Straße des 17 Juni, where the main rally is set to begin at approximately 15:30. Counter-demonstrations are also planned in the same location and outside the Reichstag building.

Previous similar rallies have been well-attended. A heightened security presence and associated disruptions are to be expected in the vicinity of any protest sites.
