Germany: Demonstrators set to gather in Dusseldorf on September 19

Demonstrators are set to gather in Dusseldorf on Saturday, September 19, to protest against coronavirus disease (COVID-19) related restrictions in the country. Protesters will reportedly gather at 14:30 (local time) at Johannes Rau Platz. They are to march to Burgplatz before returning to Johannes Rau Platz.

A heightened security presence, as well as localized transportation disruptions, are expected in the vicinity of the demonstrations.
