Protests against poor service delivery have been reported along Mayor's Walk in Pietermaritzburg, KwaZulu-Natal Province Feb. 20. Participants have obstructed roadways with burning debris. The protests are reportedly in response to the local council's failure to act on a number of domestic issues including insecurity.
