South African utility provider, Eskom, has announced the suspension of nationwide load shedding from 12:00 March 19, as generation capacity as well as emergency reserves have been restored. As Eskom continues to manage electricity demands, systems remain vulnerable and unpredictable, and the possibility of load shedding remains high in the coming weeks.
