Armenia maintaining COVID-19-related entry restrictions and domestic quarantine regime, as of May 25.

Event

Officials are maintaining measures imposed to limit the spread of COVID-19, as of May 25. International flights are permitted and land borders are open to all foreigners. However, international arrivals via air or land must produce proof of having tested negative for COVID-19 using a polymerase chain reaction (PCR) test taken no more than 72 hours before arrival or evidence of full COVID-19 vaccination. Individuals arriving without the required documentation must submit to a test on arrival and self-isolate until a negative result is confirmed.

Authorities are also maintaining a domestic quarantine regime until at least July 11. Protective face coverings are mandatory in public spaces, including on public transport. Public and private gatherings may not exceed 40 attendees. Most nonessential businesses are permitted to reopen provided they maintain strict hygiene and social distancing requirements.

All restrictions are subject to amendment at short notice in response to government reviews and may receive updates or extensions in the coming days.
