Officials in Curacao have further eased COVID-19-related domestic and travel measures as of March 21.

Warning

Event

Authorities in Curacao have issued orders to further ease COVID-19-related domestic and travel measures as of March 21. Under the new directives, facemasks are only required in specific locations such as public transport. Additionally, most travel requirements were lifted, and individuals entering Curacao are no longer required to show proof of vaccination and do not need a pre-travel test.

Domestic Measures
Individuals must continue to wear facemasks in healthcare centers, public transport, and indoor spaces used for funerals; businesses can however require employees and customers to use facemasks in other settings.

International Travel Restrictions
Officials have ended the previous system to classify countries and territories based on COVID-19 infection levels. Currently, travelers entering Curacao must only complete the digital immigration card online and fill out the Passenger Locator Card 48 hours prior to departure for Curacao. Pre-travel tests and proof of COVID-19 vaccination are no longer required.

Authorities could reimpose, extend, tighten, or otherwise amend any restrictions with little-to-no notice depending on disease activity over the coming weeks.
