Event

Authorities in Curacao have issued orders to further ease COVID-19-related international travel restrictions as of May 31. Travelers arriving on the island are no longer required to purchase health insurance to cover for potential COVID-19-related expenses. Domestic measures remain unchanged.

Domestic Measures
Individuals must continue to wear facemasks in healthcare centers, on public transport, and in indoor spaces used for funerals; businesses can, however, require employees and customers to use facemasks in other settings.

International Travel Restrictions
Travelers entering Curacao must only complete the digital immigration card online and fill out the Passenger Locator Card 48 hours prior to departure for the island. All other restrictions have been lifted, including vaccination and pre-travel testing requirements.

Authorities could reimpose, extend, tighten, or otherwise amend any restrictions with little-to-no notice depending on disease activity over the coming weeks.
