Increased security likely near the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki after civilians clashed with police on Agios Dimitriou street early Oct. 22. The clashes came shortly after the end of a concert at the nearby Kaftanzoglio Stadium brought tens of thousands of people into the street. Police reportedly deployed teargas after civilians threw Molotov cocktails at them.

An Increased security presence and localized transport disruptions are likely over the immediate term.
