Rail services through the town of Novy Oskol in the Belgorod Oblast are suspended Oct. 14 after debris from an intercepted Ukrainian missile fell near railways tracks, damaging overhead power lines. Emergency crews will likely restore services during the course of the day. No casualties were reported.
