Participants will gather outside Sao Paulo's Secretariat of Public Security, located at Praca Ouvidor Pacheco e Silva, from 18:00 to denounce a police operation that left at least 16 people dead in the Santos Metropolitan Area (Baixada Santista).
Increased security and localized transport disruptions are likely near the protest site on the evening of Aug. 3. Scuffles between security personnel and protesters cannot be ruled out.
