Pension rights activists affiliated with the Society for Justice in Retirement (Emeklilikte Adalet Dernegi, EMADDER) plan to rally in Istanbul the afternoon of Oct. 15. The event will take place at the Kartal Square in the city's Karliktepe neighborhood starting at 14:00. It remains unclear how many participants the gathering may draw.
