Authorities have confirmed that a fire that ignited at a commercial building on Bailey Road in Dhaka late Feb. 29 has left at least three people dead and more than a dozen others injured as of early March 1. Officials assert that emergency crews have rescued dozens of people from the impacted building and brought the blaze under control. Authorities will likely update the casualty count over the coming hours.
