Activists are demonstrating at the International Protection Office (IPO) on Mount Street Lower in Dublin as of the afternoon of April 19. The purpose of the demonstration is to denounce racism and attacks on refugees. A counter-demonstration is planned at the exact location from 17:30. It is unclear how many people will participate in either demonstration
Heightened security and localized transport disruptions are likely near the IPO. Confrontations between demonstrators and counter-protesters cannot be ruled out.
