Bus workers in Goiania affiliated with the Intermunicipal Union of Public and Urban Transport Workers of Goiania and Metropolitan Region (Sindicato Intermunicipal dos Trabalhadores do Transporte Coletivo e Urbano de Goiania e Regiao Metropolitana, SINDCOLETIVO) have canceled plans to strike from 00:01 on June 28. The announcement comes after the union reached an agreement with employers regarding pay.

Residual disruptions cannot be ruled out, as some transport services on June 28 may have been canceled in anticipation of the strike.
