Argentina: Wine producers to demonstrate in Mendoza on July 23

Wine producers plan to demonstrate in downtown Mendoza on the morning of July 23 to oppose a number of recent policies enacted by the regional government. They claim the decisions have affected their production and that of other rural workers in the region.
